John Figliolini - President
Mr. John Figliolini started his career as a broker with NYSE member firm Rooney Pace in 1982. During the course of his career he has been Senior Executive Officer with all qualifying SEC licenses at several Registered Broker Dealers. During the 1990’s Mr. Figliolini actively conducted Investment banking work and during that time had raised over $500 Million for some 50 public companies. Mr. Figliolini was a senior consultant and manager of three offshore (Cayman Island) equity oriented mutual funds and one SEC registered equity fund. From 1997-2004 Mr. Figliolini founded, own and operated a successfully market making firm called Phillip Louis Trading, Inc. (“PILL”) based out of Red Bank, New Jersey. At its peak PILL made markets in as many as 1,000 NASDAQ and OTC stocks. From 2004 to current Mr. Figliolini has been assisting small to medium size companies raise capital and seek US OTC listing as well as CSE Listing.
Jonathan Rosen - Senior Associate
Jonathan Rosen began his career in the City of London in 1981 and has worked in equities, derivatives, venture capital, private equity, public markets and corporate finance, in senior positions. Jonathan has extensive experience advising at an institutional level in addition to making material personal investments in various start-up and development stage public/private companies in the UK, USA and Southern Africa. He also served on the board and ultimately as President and CEO of a New York listed company for 2 years. Jonathan has lived and worked in London, New York, Los Angeles and Cape Town. His experience and skill sets make him uniquely qualified to locate and originate global private equity opportunities with the potential for significant growth.
Ania Wlodarkiewicz - Business Development
Ania Wlodarkiewicz oversees the investor relations and business development incentives for Berkshire International Finance, Inc. Ania brings 15 years of management and marketing experience to her role at Berkshire.
She is a highly motivated and effective sales and marketing professional. Experienced in directing the creation of marketing tools and steering the execution of programs. Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Works well within complex and deadline-driven environments. Knowledgeable in web related mediums such as web page management and social media. She is passionate, innovative, and brings a high-level of experience and perspective to her team. Ania provides her teams with the best resources possible. She holds a diploma in Business Administration – Marketing from St. Clair College in Canada.
