We are a Corporate Finance/Business Consulting Firm based out of Toronto, New York City, Zurich, and Cape Town. We specialize in assisting small to medium size-public and private companies in raising equity and debt capital. We also assist private companies in becoming publicly traded via reverse merger (RTO) or Original listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and US OTC Market. We also assist private companies in becoming public enterprises via reverse mergers. Our capabilities allow us to provide our clients A-Z service, from locating a current reporting and trading Public vehicle to financing, to Investor Awareness.

Since 1992, Berkshire International Finance, Inc. has raised over $500 Million for over 50 public and private companies while assisting over 35 private companies on becoming publicly traded. The Team
John Figliolini
President
Mr. John Figliolini started his career as a broker with NYSE member firm Rooney Pace in 1982. During the course of his career he has been Senior Executive Officer with all qualifying SEC licenses at several Registered Broker Dealers. During the 1990’s Mr. Figliolini actively conducted Investment banking work and during that time had raised over $500 Million for some 50 public companies.
Jonathan Rosen
Senior Associate
Jonathan Rosen began his career in the City of London in 1981 and has worked in equities, derivatives, venture capital, private equity, public markets and corporate finance, in senior positions. Jonathan has extensive experience advising at an institutional level in addition to making material personal investments in various start-up and development stage public/private companies in the UK, USA and Southern Africa.
Robert Kaufmann
Associate
Prior to his return to Switzerland in 2016, Mr. Kaufmann built up and managed a group of companies with over twenty global leading firms from various industries in Dubai, UAE. The company was co-chaired and in partnership with a family office of the Dubai Royal Family. Since then, Mr. Kaufmann founded a consulting company in Zurich, Switzerland and is focusing on financing opportunities in the ESG and Renewable Energy industry.
